LPS Corals are Large Polyp Stony Corals - Hard Corals with large mouths.  A perfect example of an LPS coral is the Acan Coral (aka Lord Acan).

LPS Corals are easy to grow corals and grow fast - as fast as you want them to grow which can be enhanced with daily feeding.
