Live Arrival Guarantee 

 

  • Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies to live amphipods shipped by AquariumDepot.com.
  • The guarantee covers the condition of amphipods at the time of delivery, as recorded by the carrier.
  • Approved DOA claims will be credited to your AquariumDepot.com account as store credit for the amphipod portion of the order.
  • To submit a DOA claim, please use the form below. Additional claim details are provided beneath the form.

To process your Live Arrival claim, please include the following:

  • Claims must be submitted within twelve (12) hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time.
  • Clear, identifiable photos of the amphipod bag(s) while still unopened.
  • A clear photo of the contents after opening if the amphipods are deceased.
  • A clear image of the original packing slip showing both your order number and the items received.
  • Claims missing required information may not be eligible for review under this guarantee.

 

Please Note:

  • We do not cover shipping costs for products claimed under the Live Arrival Guarantee.
  • Store credit applies to the amphipod portion of the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • This guarantee does not apply to phytoplankton, dried algae sheets (Sea Salad), or flake food (Tri Flake), which are treated as standard perishable food items.
  • We may request additional documentation to verify a claim before issuing store credit.
  • Improper storage, contamination, or handling after delivery is not covered under this guarantee.
  • Amphipods are marine organisms. When added to freshwater systems, a naturally reduced lifespan is expected and no guarantee applies after the point of delivery.
