Return Policy:

14-Day Guarantee – Store Credit If Anything Goes Wrong

 

  • Our 14-Day Guarantee begins the moment your shipment is delivered.
  • Please retain the original packing slip included in your shipment. This slip is required for any claims, and duplicate copies cannot be issued.
  • Approved claims will be credited to your AquariumDepot.com account in the form of store credit for any food product covered under this guarantee.
  • To submit a claim for damaged or unusable food items, please use the form below. Full claim rules are outlined at the bottom of the form.

To process your claim, please include the following:

  • Clear and identifiable photos of each food item being claimed – one photo per item, taken outside of any packaging or containers.
  • A clear image of the original packing slip, showing both your order number and the items received.
  • Claims must be submitted within the 14-day guarantee window.
  • Incomplete claims or those missing required information cannot be processed.

 

Please Note:

  • We do not cover shipping costs for any food products claimed under our 14-Day Guarantee.
  • Credits apply to the cost of the food items only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We reserve the right to request that any unopened or damaged items be returned to AquariumDepot.com for verification before issuing store credit.
  • Improper storage or contamination after delivery is not covered under the 14-Day Guarantee.
  • Transferring food products into non-recommended containers may void the guarantee.
  • During transit in colder temperatures, food products may become firm or settle. Please allow time for them to reach room temperature before use.
  • We recommend inspecting and gently stirring or shaking before use for optimal consistency.
